Server software is native IBM AS/400. Platform independent client browser access Wintouch eCRM via the Internet or intranet to download the Java client applet. Other Touchtone products include: QuestView®, a cost-effective, database utility and program generator that allows instant access to AS/400 DB2 files and ThinView®, a Web-based 5250 terminal emulator for the IBM AS/400.
