Many of your competitors are standardizing on an enterprise content management (ECM) platform to improve productivity and customer service while lowering costs. Your organization is saddled with legacy ECM systems-an unwieldy number of content silos scattered across departments utilizing multiple platforms. It's a system that's challenging to manage and costly to maintain. Time to seek out a more competitive strategy: standardization on a single ECM platform across the enterprise. In fact, a study from research group IDG of CIO Magazine subscribers found that a whopping 75 percent of respondents have an enterprise-wise ECM strategy in place or plans to implement one within 24 months.
