By using FAMIS, Nortel has realized its mandate for an accurate, secure, consistent, and shared repository of information. HOK has created a global reporting system (which can still be focused on individual territory reporting as required), generating global monthly snapshots, developing report scheduling, and providing data, all visible at the enterprise level.
