Cross-domain analytics provides huge advantages to IT managers who are fed up with the fact that by fixing one thing they often cause unknown problems with another and cause key processes to fail. Until now, the complex infrastructure of enterprise IT - now a mix of physical and virtualized technologies - has made it impossible to manage IT as a coherent system.
